Mortar Mixing Paddles

Description

RUBI has a wide range of rods to mix cementations mortars and other high density or low fluidity materials.

Mixing rods for cement mortars have a head designed to perform a bottom-up movement. With the mixing rods for mortars, the material ascends, at low speed, inside the head of the rod, to descend the outside of it.

This action allows the homogeneous mixing of highly viscous materials such as mortars, cements and especially improved cementations adhesives (type C2) for ceramic tile. This head design allows the user to work with less effort and greater mobility.

Hexagonal Rod

The mixing rod has a hexagonal finish adaptable to all RUBIMIX by using the chuck accessory (Ref. 71967) or a traditional electric drill.

Helix Mixing Paddles

The 3H rods have a propeller head with 3 blades for greater mixing efficiency.

This design increases the performance by 15% compared to the 2-blade propeller head.

In addition, during mixing, the effort for the electric mixer is reduced, achieving greater durability for the electro portable tool.

The 3-blade head generates less vibration, so the user can work with a higher level of comfort.

Eggbeater Paddles

The standard ML-100 rod head drag blades are round rod. This reduces the mixing capacity of the rod, but facilitates its use since there is also less resistance.

The ML-100 mixing rod model allows mixing between 10 and 15 kg of material.

The rod has a hexagonal finish of 10mm. Adaptable to all RUBIMIX by using the chuck accessory (Ref. 71967) or a traditional electric drill.

The standard mixing rod ML-100 performs a mixing motion in parallel. The mixing is done horizontally, allowing materials to flow in both directions (up and down), depending on the displacement of the mixer head. This design allows you to work with a wide variety of materials. A homogeneous mixture is ensured without bubbles or lumps.

This range of mortar mixer rods has an M14 x 2 threaded connections, adaptable directly to all RUBIMIX electric mixers and the vast majority of other brands.
