Our warehouses are open, shipping orders, and restocking as quickly as possible. COVID-19 is causing many logistics delays and issues in the supply chain; we appreciate your patience and understanding that an extended timeline may apply in certain cases, particular special order and backorder items. Note that all shipping carriers are reliably delivering the vast majority of shipments, however, money-back guarantees on shipping speed are suspended by all carriers.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Any shipping fees that you paid or were incurred on your behalf may not be refunded for discretionary returns. Original and return shipping costs will be reimbursed only if the return is a result of our mistake (you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, etc.). If there was a problem with your order—such as receiving the wrong item, or a defective item—report the issue as soon as possible, and within 30 days at the latest. We will promptly repair or refund your order, at our discretion.
You must return items in original condition and with all components and parts. A full refund will not be granted for items that have been used, worn, returned in unsaleable condition, or missing components.
If you received a damaged item, please be sure to inform us of item condition at the time of the return. Please notify us immediately of any damage or problems with your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Kobi Tools ships throughout the continental U.S. via UPS. We do not ship internationally, and do not offer shipping to Hawaii or Alaska online. Shipping to Canada may be available for qualifying items. (Please call us directly at (708) 320-2088 to inquire about shipping to HI & AK)
Most orders are shipped by the business day after the order is placed, however this is not guaranteed and may vary. Our warehouse ships orders as quickly as possible, Monday through Friday.
We offer free shipping for orders over $250 for most items. Certain very heavy products are excluded from this offer, which is noted on the product page. Free shipping offer is for UPS Ground only. (No freight or LTL)

If something changes and you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately. Orders that have shipped are not eligible for cancellation. In the case that your order cancellation request is received prior to shipment, your order can be cancelled and fully refunded.
