    Came packaged carefully. Looks in person like online. I love it. BUT ours leaked. A very slow leak. It takes a long time for a drip to form, but it does drip, so I placed a pot under to catch the drip. I phoned customer service. I asked for washers for the leak and an ellen wrench to tighten screws, it was missing from the box. They sent us a new faucet with the wrench. Husband still needs to replace the washer. Bottom line, I would buy this pot filler again. I believe the drip will be fixed when the washer is replaced.

    bought this for my kitchen during our remodel and i gotta say it looks and functions amazing, for the fraction of the price of some brand name ones, no one can tell anyway its beautiful the packaging looked great too has two shut offs, very happy

    Great quality, looks awesome!!!! Did not trust to install such a heavy piece with wall anchors with such small room in between. Decided to replace the drywall with 1/2 inch plywood instead. 100X stronger!!!

    Extremely poor quality. Valve doesn't stop water after 2 months.

    I've had this installed for less than 2 months and the lower valve doesn't stop the water anymore. I'm now afraid that I'm going to come home and the 2nd valve has given way and my whole house is just flooded. Clearly this is not made with quality in mind.
