Excellent Value, recommending someone with a professional level skill set to do the install.
I am very pleased with the outcome of this project. I spent quite a bit of time reading the reviews before I bought this faucet and they enabled me to achieve a perfectly functional installation the first time.I have posted a photo and a video of the finished product. I think the value of the video to you will be in planning the height of your faucet. Get the biggest pot you will use, put it on the stove and then position the faucet by hand so the outlet is about 2 to 3 inches higher than the top of the pot. Then work backward to the wall and note where that puts your supply line. This is the first critical dimension you need. Put the supply in too high and it will splash and make a mess. Put it in too low and you are screwed. What I like about this faucet:1. It is solid stainless steel. It has plastic or Teflon ball valve internals, but everything you see and will move around is well machined stainless steel.2. There are absolutely no leaks of any type at any of the joints or if you prefer "swiveling faucet fittings."3. The packaging was absolutely perfect and that means this product came all the way here from China without a single scratch or blemish.4. They provided 4 stainless steel screws which are to be used to connect the structural flange to the structural reinforcing that you must provide. Too often I have encountered poor quality fasteners from China. That was not the case here. The threads are sharp and true and the SS alloy is strong enough that you can use a #2 Phillips head to drive them home without stripping the head. I was pleasantly surprised. What I don't like about this faucet:1. The instructions are completely graphic and there is no parts list to help you identify or describe something in the event there is an issue. What I suggest for anyone considering this product.1. You should have good solid construction skills that include carpentry and plumbing. If you don't you may actually find it less expensive to pay a professional to install it.2. Be aware that the you must carefully figure out the length of the threaded supply pipe and that you will need it to be firmly anchored within the structure so it will not move. You will need this pipe to project 3/4" out from your finished wall. That means the outside face of any backsplash material not just the drywall face. This is not the place for plastic pipe. This is a brass/copper supply line job.3. The 4 screws that hold the flange are 2-1/2" in length. You must carefully position this flange around the 3/4" brass supply pipe in advance and you must pre-drill these four holes and you must thread these fasteners all the way in to make sure there are no obstructions or any interference. It should go without saying that these holes are placed so that the fasteners are to the left and right of a supply line. No one wants to work this hard and then put a screw through the supply line. After you have pre-fitted these fasteners remove them and the flange as it needs to be attached to the main body of the faucet for installation.4. This flange has an allen set screw which you will tighten into a journal (slot) provided in the bottom of the faucet body. As a result you must fasten the flange so the allen set screw is at the bottom. (6 o clock)5. A rubber gasket is provided for use between the flange and the wall. I recommend that the installer use a little gasket adhesive or clear silicone to mount it to the flange making sure the holes are correctly lined up on the flange and gasket and that it be done a few minutes in advance of the installation so it doesn't slip or jump around.6. You must put the dressing flange and the structural flange with the pre-adhered gasket onto the faucet body before you begin the actual installation.7. Use plenty of Teflon tape on the 3/4" supply line because these threads are generously sized and if you cheap in the Teflon you will only get to disassemble it and do it again.8. When you put this onto your threaded supply line you must let the main body (part connecting to the supply) be the driver and the rest of the faucet is treated like a tail. What that means is you need to extend it full length to screw this onto the supply line and you should not use the extended faucet arms as a lever. If you do, it is possible that you may damage the swivel joints. In reading other reviews I see few complaints where people have complained those joints leak. That can happen if you use the extended faucet as a lever when you are doing the installation.9. The manufacturer has provided a journal (slots) on the main body where you can fasten a wrench to torque it on if need be. In my case I was able to do this installation and get it leak free by hand tightening. If in your case you decide to use a wrench you must use a smooth faced crescent wrench. A vice grip, channel lock, or pipe wrench will have teeth which will damage the stainless steel finish.10. Very important: When you are driving this home to its final seat you must make sure the journal I mentioned in item 4 above is at the 6 o-clock position. If you do that this faucet will be truly plumb. The structural flange is now ready to be final screwed to the reinforced wall and tightened into the journal using the allen wrench. Once you are happy with that and have inspected the interface around the flange and the backsplash to make sure there are no gaps or other defects you can install the finish flange over the structural flange using the very small allen wrench also provided.11. That's all there is to it. The actual installation of the faucet is a piece of cake. The layout, preparation and reinforcement required to make this work correctly is where the real time investment is. Do that right and this faucet is an excellent value. If you short cut the layout, preparation, reinforcing or any other procedures and get less than a satisfactory outcome you should not blame this product. If you've taken the time to read this far, take a few more seconds to look at the video and the photo as an aid to helping you plan your project.

My Plumber loves it!!
My Plumber loves it!!I wanted filtered water and did not want a small meaningless water spout which would require drilling into my new granite top. The pot filler and water filter are GREAT together.

Great Buy!
This product is sturdy, well built and worth the money spent. In fact, it is a quite an eye catcher and enhancement to your home. It functions well with no leaks or drips. It is very durable. The product does not come with the attachment to the plumbing. The installer measured the missing attachment and obtain one to install it with ease.

Best deal, no kidding!!!
This is one of the best purchases I have made in my life, no kidding! I am doing a full kitchen remodel and decided to buy a pot filler faucet. I didn't really need one but as long as I had the wall torn out and access to the water pipes, I thought why not do it? Besides, it will be great for resale if nothing else. I took a gamble on it because it was really inexpensive -my wife was opposed to the idea of spending money for one unless it was inexpensive- so I bought this one for the price. WOW! This baby is not only well made, you can tell because it is really heavy since it is made from real stainless steel and brass, but the quality of design, ease of use and overall appearance give it a 10/10 quality that makes is such a great deal for the price. Proof that I love it? I bought it almost a year ago and have taken the time to come back to Amazon to find my order to write this review....and I don't write many reviews, if at all. I really love this faucet and the manufacturer is just really cool for selling it for such a low cost. It should be about 150-200 dollars more than they are charging for it. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED AT ALL!
