This thing is heavy duty. The reviews mentioned it, and wow is it every sturdy. I am very happy with this product, as was my contractor who said it was the nicest pot filler he'd ever installed.

Made two phone calls to Square Sinks...Not customer service friendly, unfortunately stuck with product that didn't work with the kitchen specs, and product leaks when in off position. Return request to switch product, denied, raced to meet their timeline. I would have repurchased through them but can't afford to. My purchase was not inexpensive , cannot afford another mishap and have to buy a replacement. Buyer beware. I'll go elsewhere for my three bathroom renovations.

This is a great design and built well

We renovated our kitchen and I was desperate to have a pot filler and my wrist are too weak to have pots and pans. This is a great design and built well. Was not the cheapest available and I did buy a cheaper one and returned it as it seems very flimsy. Happy we settled with this one.

Ordered because reviews were so good. However i camt ise it because it has no screws. I brought for a new home and am just opening the box.

Remodeled my Kitchen about a year ago. I wanted a pot filler, but my wife wasn't willing to pay hundreds of dollars on one. Found this at a great price point. When we receive it I was so impressed with the quality. It's really heavy, which I alway equate with well built. It's been in place for over a year now, and my wife says it's one of her favorite parts of our renovation. I highly recommend this product.

Very nice finish with a sturdy design. Installed by a certified plumber about a month ago and he didn't appear to have any issues with the installation. Does not leak, is easy to use and compliments the other fixtures (appliances are black stainless steel) used in our recent kitchen remodel.
