Very well made looks great

This is a great looking faucet easy to install on the other hand first time using it the shut off valve on the bottom was leaking water. We took it apart and tightened it up thought the problem was fixed turn the water back on and had started leaking again doesn't matter if the waters off on it is leaking . We tried to call and return it for a new one we were told no since we had purchased it a few months back they should stand by their warranty and their product if the customer is having problems they should be able to take care of it and answer their questions . Our plumber has been out twice to try to fix it and it still leaking. So I give this review to stars only because it's a great looking faucet but customer service sucks and I'm out of my money .

Great service and product.

At the time of this review, I've unboxed and checked it out but not installed it yet - will update once it is.The pot filler came in a nice padded box with minimal instructions (it's a faucet, doesn't take much). This thing is heavy duty! Very impressed so far. It feels like it was machined from a solid block of stainless. The finish work is quite nice and it feels like quality hardware when you use it.The pivot motion is smooth with just a little resistance to keep things in place. The two valves are both quarter turn, and feel smooth and positive. It attaches with 1/2" NPT threads, and according to the instructions you want a 1/2" stub out of the drywall.The trim ring is two pieces, a functional inner hub to reinforce the mounting and an outer trim cover. The inner hub has four mounting holes to screw into the wall and then a set screw to tighten it onto the faucet, and the outer piece is a perfectly machined cover with a tiny set screw to keep it in place. Knowing how this works while I have the drywall off in my kitchen, I am going to add a piece of plywood behind the sheet rock to give a nice extra support to screw it to. With the weight of this faucet it seems like the extra support the "hub" gives is a good idea.UPDATE 1 AFTER YEAR: The short: I have no issues whatsoever with this faucet, would buy again. It gets used almost daily, and it doesn't drip, the handles are tight and it is nice to use. The pivot points are solid with just enough tension and it doesn't flop around.Two things I notice when using it. The first is I need to add a little bumper either to the back of the pivot, or my wall - Being a solid chunk of metal it has some weight behind it, and being mounted up against a tile backsplash, I'm afraid I might crack a tile if I'm not careful when folding it back up. Second is that I have it on hot water (and my hot water is HOT), and after filling a medium-large pot, it can get hot. Just have to be careful when stowing.Still awesome, five stars, love it.

Love this faucet. Perfect. Heavy duty..strong..two on and off handles.

I gave this 3 stars because of the difficulty I had with installation. The faucet itself is gorgeous and works well. They should include a better instruction on how far to bring the male threaded water pipe out of the wall. Had trouble getting depth of water pipe set properly.
