I installed this sink in my converted bus. I used it to dress up my bus, but you could definitely install this sink in a house or apartment: it's nice and simple. My one problem was with the brackets for attaching the sink to the countertop. I could not get them to stick in like mollys should, so ended up using screws and washers to affix the sink to the countertop. I'd suggest you get some other mounting brackets to use, as these did not work for me. Note that the sink comes with a template for cutting the hole in your countertop, and not all sinks have such a template. So that's great. The template is also cool in that it allows you to cut a bigger or smaller hole, making the sink have a reveal or not. I went with flush and no reveal, which looks good.
