    I did not have the problems other reviewers mentioned. After receiving a unit that was missing parts, we exchanged it for a new one. Seller was great about it. New unit has been in use for over 9 months. Works every time without fail. Zero issues with it. Would recommend.

    I saw one of these for over $50 at home Depot and seriously considering buying it. I held back and found this here for half of the price. This works amazingly and only took about 15 minutes to install. I just wish I'd know about this sooner.

    This has been in operation for a couple of years now and have not had an issue. Works great with my garbage disposal (which I have had to replace since this was installed) and never had a problem. It's nice a quite, has a great feel and looks good with the rest of my brushed items.

    I'd give it a 5-star review, but I received an unfinished control box - it simply wasn't put together at the factory - which was obvious at first glance. I'm pleased that they responded quickly with a replacement. But I had to go back to install it, delaying completion. It continues to work well months later. I will definitely buy this product again, I just hope they inspect it before shipment.
