This faucet feels like a solidly built item that will last and looks nice. Sadly I fell into the category that others fell into with the hose that leads to the sprayer breaking after about 4 months of use. I had just finished washing dishes to look down and see water streaming out from under the sink and a large puddle spreading across my kitchen floor. Return was easy.

Great faucet and customer service.
This faucet looks great, but had terrible water pressure. The seller responded to a question about it. He walked me through fixing the issue and now it works great. Awesome customer service and great faucet.

I love it in my new kitchen
Can't say enough about this faucet. I love it in my new kitchen. The only thing we changed was the on-off valve is now in the front ,not on the side. Seems to be holding up well I've been using it for a few months now.

Overall this is a solid, well built faucet.
Pros: -Well Built, feels heavy duty -Looks great -Pull out sprayer allows you to hit anywhere in your sink -Great pressure Cons: -Nozzle head gets hot when flowing hot water through it -Hose didn't retract as quickly as I wanted it to so I added the weight from my old pull out faucet to the hose under the sink, this made it work great. -Sprayer function has the same pressure as the straight stream, the sprayer should have MORE pressure than the straight stream -The switch for the sprayer it a little stiff to actuate. Most of the cons were pretty minor or fixable, the pros definitely outweigh the cons. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could.

Looks more expensive than it is -- great faucet
This thing is awesome. It looks even more expensive than it is, and the install was pretty easy. We also got a matching Geyser stainless steel button for the garbage disposal to complete the look. The button that switches the water from stream to spray is one that you push up/down, rather than in/out. That took a day or two to get accustomed to, but we actually like it more now.

I love this faucet!
I love this faucet! At first I thought it looked too big but it took no time to get used to using this. I love that I don't have to hold in a button for the spray, and when in the regular (no-spray) mode, it fills pots very quickly. Since the lever only requires a light touch, it doesn't get dirty - this is a big deal for me as hands that have been making pastry, cutting raw meat, or working on an engine used to leave a mess for me to clean up on this beauty's predecessor. I like that everything you can see is stainless steel, not plastic or other materials. Hubby & Son installed this while I was away so I don't know if it was easy, but a moderately proficient DIY'er should be able to install this faucet. I got them a plate to cover the 3 holes in the sink deck, and a soap dispenser to put in place of the separate sprayer we had with the old faucet.
