Note, at the time of this initial review I have unboxed and checked out the faucet but it is not installed yet - Will update once it is. Ours came in a plain brown box but nicely laid out inside its foam padding. This thing is heavy duty! Compared to similar units we checked out at the depot and other big box stores, hands down the Geyser wins - It feels like a serious piece of hardware instead of a cheap import. You get the impression it could have been machined from a single solid block of stainless. The box is 10 pounds. The sprayer is also a pull-out unit and there is plenty of stainless hose included. We have a 36 sink and this should reach the corners no problem. A lot of other pull-down styles I looked at didn't pull out very far or at all. It has a tapered base with an o-ring that fits easily but snugly into the holder

The spray button did not work. Whoops! Hubby used a small block of wood and this spray to loosen up the spray button. Splendid faucet! It works by pressing down for spray and up for regular.

If I could give this product 10 stars, I would. This is super heavy duty, not cheap in any way. Looks great, works great. I am extremely happy with this faucet.
